TV PERSONALITY AND AUTHOR KELLY KILLOREN BENSIMON & OSTERIA MORINI MIAMI BEACH TO HOST “H.O.T. BODIES” FASHION EVENT DURING MIAMI SWIM WEEK
Miami, FL (July 6, 2022) – Supermodel, TV personality, and real estate phenom Kelly Killoren Bensimon – creator of “The Supermodel Diet” and author of I Can Make you Hot – together with Osteria Morini Miami Beach will host a “H.O.T. Bodies” fashion event during Miami Swim Week on Friday, July 15 at 7 PM on the rooftop of Kimpton Hotel Palomar South at 1750 Alton Road.
A salute to women and men for their Healthy Options Today (H.O.T.) that allow them to become the best versions of themselves, the invitation-only cocktail event will feature a 40-look Swim & Resort 2023 fashion presentation by designer Melissa Odabash, whose designs have been worn by celebrities including Beyonce, Rihanna, Kate Moss, and Sienna Miller. At the event, Bensimon will announce her H.O.T. Bodies List for 2022 – to include deserving guests in attendance.
Bensimon believes that eating—really eating—is the key to being healthy. The non-stop mother of two has done it all when it comes to nutrition and her body: Eaten too little as a model, gobbled too much of the wrong things in her twenties, and fed her body just right but not-quite-satisfyingly when she was pregnant. An enthusiastic outdoorswoman and involved philanthropist, Bensimon has found that Healthy Options Today (H.O.T.) hold the secret to beauty, fitness, and longevity.
Eating well and making informed decisions when dining out is crucial to honoring our bodies, according to Bensimon. Osteria Morini Corporate Executive Chef Bill Dorrler was inspired by Italy’s Amalfi Coast when creating his new Mediterranean menu, comprised of healthy, simply prepared dishes perfect for Miami’s hot summer months. Chef Dorrler’s “Taste of Amalfi” menu – debuting this month at Osteria Morini Miami Beach — includes an array of fresh Crudo and Carpaccio; Grilled Marinated Artichokes with Herbed Yogurt and Cipollini Onion; House-made Garganelli with Zucchini and Fresh Lemon; Grilled Mediterranean Sea Bass with Cauliflower, Broccoli, Cherry Pepper, and Romesco; and Lemon Sorbet with Fresh Berries.
